Adding Item

Adding new items to the knowledgebase is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure your item is properly added and ready for use.

Steps to Add an Item

  1. Access the Add Item Interface

    • Log into your Suppa dashboard
    • Navigate to the "Knowledgebase" section
    • Click on the "Add Item" button
  2. Choose Input Type Select one of the three input types:

    • File
    • Link
    • Text
  3. Input Your Content Depending on your chosen input type:

    • File Upload: Select and upload your file(s)
    • Link: Enter the full URL of your content
    • Plain Text: Type or paste your text into the provided field
  4. Review and Confirm

    • Double-check all entered information
    • Click the "Confirm" button to finalize

Once you've completed these steps, your item will be added to the knowledgebase. It will be available once it has been processed and indexed by Suppa. You can check the status of your item in the "Knowledgebase" section of your dashboard.

Remember, newly added items may take a short time to be fully indexed and searchable within Suppa. If you encounter any issues while adding an item, please contact our support team for assistance.
